I'm excited to have developed a web-based visualization system alongside a small team of engineers for a startup, Episona, whose focused on adapting the technology for reading raw genome data  in providing an approach to allow men to view their fertility levels and a better understand about the makeup of their genetics.

My role was creating a prototype and helping to build out the stack of the front-end user experience and data visualizations that allows both doctor and patient to browse their information in as simple or robust of a manner as they desire, allowing anyone to freely browse their genome as easily as one would browse Wikipedia.

As more information about this project is made public, I'll post it here - Jan 2016
